In which intrepid Autumn Bay journalist Felicia Kingsley has a happy little flashback to this unfortunate event.

Also, it appears that I anticipated some IRL leaker persecution...

Thanks for reading! If you like this page, do me a favor in getting the word out and rate this page a “5”. I really appreciate it!

If I would have had an encounter with that homicidal agent (I am certain there must be at least one parallel universe out there where he made quite the career as a Shakespearian actor instead!), I would start to believe in the most sinister conspiracies too!

Man, I can't settle on a coherent response to your comment, so I'll just settle for this link showing just how wicked a web Felicia is trying to unravel.

Apropos, by sheer coincidence, I have just posted something new for you over here...

If her memory plays forward a little, she gets a little Happy flashback... Not that it is any more pleasant...

I commend you on how menacing the Maniac in Black looks. Real spooky classic Jack the Ripper stuff there. :)

(Seriously, in my "special edition", if I have your permission, I would totally redo some of my pages with poses you've put forth.)

The tactical victory of killing that rogue Shroud agent was such an incredible strategic mistake for Captain Happy... an example must be made.

Also, methinks Director Shelby could get a little more upset about the loss of his man... so maybe Tona will do something about that.

But, Trump is right if you define America as a monarchic dictatorship with Trump as the reigning monarch. L'État, c'est moi!

A secret squad going around killing dissenters you say?

It's so overt, it's covert!

I swear to God I'm working my way up to a set piece (or two) that'll run up my body count... the trick is to get goons for both sides, and Prof has been so gracious to uh supply half of 'em... the working out the details and the lead-in are the delay.

Felicia's kinda working on a hardcore case of PTSD.

I apologized to Prof for this, by the way. Face-to-face.

Felicia is a good person and deserves better.

I like the change in color palette in panel 2 - the relative brightness makes it jolting, and the blurring conveys a kinetic feeling... and I would know cuz when I was a kid I lived in Connecticut. I also like the use of cut off and grayed out balloons to convey sound being sort of in the background. Not just on this page, but throughout.

Thanks! I don't credit myself for having much the way of raw art horsepower, so I gotta use all them cheap tricks built into my program (Manga Studio).

Here's to hoping that MIB's name isn't "Irma" to Felicia's "Professor".

High-octane political intrigue at the presidential level shouldn't be anything too unusual to yourself...

I know, but, when they are in an assassination level/move, I think about poison or "accident" way of "prosecuting". And, at the same time, a gore assassination fits well...
(it sounds contradictory, I know. I'm writing a violent story, but violent images always catch me by surprise).
