Go ahead, count all the references to white nationalist dogma.

On the other hand, please don't. That stuff is poison.

Edit: Apologies to all offended, but unfortunately this is not "Bleach Blonde Valkyries of the Fourth Rainbow"... I deplore the words on this page as much if not more than you do.

Thanks, AugustaCaesar for the character design in panel two!

Thanks for reading! If you like this, do me a favor in getting the word out and rate this page a “5”. I really appreciate it!

"...you hateful bitch" - Budd, Kill Bill Volume 2

This was inevitable...

Instead of counting references, I'll point out a grammatical error! ;-)
Third speech bubble from above: It seems like a "says" or a similar verb is missing behind "mainstream media".

Fixed.

I'll give Tona's political analysis credit for one thing: Any time you single out a group to receive more abuse or a lesser share of civilization's benefits from some other person or group of people, they usually don't take it well. It's a matter of personal politics and philosophy whether anyone ever should take that well.

I believe in pride, I believe in being proud of where one comes from. But like downtrodden and violence-inclined elsewhere, it isn't self-pride driving them, it's self-pity.

I wonder if these guys are gonna have to replace their regular swastika tattoos with pink ones

Chippewa Ghost
That's not a bad idea, tbh.

Man, she really knows what they wanna hear!

(...Holy shit seconding the pink swastika thing -snerk-)

Actually, when I think about it there's already a pink swastika in play, in the form of a tattoo.

I'll be sure to bring that one back at an inopportune time... got all flags for a reason!

My turn to notice something on a subsequent read-through. Tona appropriated the name of a gang that is decidedly against this sort of nonsense... :P

I know that it was just the word flow... :P

Maybe it was just the word flow for her.

Well, we've seen what happens to that band in at least one possible future, so it might not be a bad assumption that Tona et al are just as well decidedly against their sort of nonsense.

There's something to be said about aiming for the lowest common denominator when speaking to a crowd and Tona is making a compelling case to sway this bunch. Sometimes it's almost too easy...

IMHO people need to stop feeling sorry for themselves.

That's what drove this last election here in the US, that's what's damaging the social fabric. Too much self-pity.

And yeah, just like any conversation with a whiner anywhere, Tona's exploiting the crap out of it.
Cooke 25th May 2017, 9:39 PM edit delete reply

I think it was less self pity and more people being fed up with the usual suspects representing a system that only ever benefits the few and squeezes the rest, where change only ever amounts to a tax cut here, a price shave there. It's not that surprising a populist got elected after years of the same old schtick. Swings and roundabouts as they say.

Awwww, ha ha, hey! I finally get to see my frowny guy in action! XD

(I see junkies and losers constantly. Ah, New York. That was only as far as she needed to go.)

The only way to make this perfect is to throw Murdoch Murdoch in here.

That show is hilarious.
