WHOOPS guess I was too busy celebrating a quarter million (250,000) views to notice the fact that my update hadn't taken hold. Thanks for viewing! And don't drink too much of the gose, it'll creep up on you!

In any case, here comes the pain!

If that is Happy, he's got a tougher constitution than I'd expect of an old man. I've gotta wonder about the inconsistency in violence levels though if Greco is allowed to live and the neo-Nazi thugs aren't.

TBH unsure if Greco makes it out alive. She's pretty badly beaten and well let's just say that there will be delays in receiving medical attention.

Wait, only a quarter million? You mean for this chapter of Let it Ride alone, right?

Chippewa Ghost
Yes.

Apologies to those present, but this is not heavily viewed content.

Ouch. Right in the neck. That's an ender right there. Gotta be the captain delivering that death blow.

Congrats on the quarter million views bud. You bust yer ass getting these pages up on time so well deserved.

Thanks... kinda failed on this page, but I'll edit it when nobody's looking so it looks like it landed on time.

As far as Captain, he's just getting started. Wait until he gets a damn radio in his nasty paws...

Congratulations! If only that shanked stormtrooper lived to see it....oh wait, better that he didn't.

Guy who got stabbed: "Affirmative... Cold.... so cold..."

Also, congrats to the quarter-mlilion!

Let's find out if any of these pages trigger a stern warning from Tapas staff!

My guess is they won't.

Whoa. Nice shot. I've never been a good knife thrower. One time my buddy threw one at a plywood target he made and it shot right back and misses his hollywood by an inch. I've never tried it again.

Throwing knives is such a bad idea... but if you must, I would strongly recommend targeting slightly rotten pumpkins.

It's awesome.

Nerd lore from the deep past: The 'no clipping' cheat code from the seminal FPS games Doom and Doom 2 was, "IDSPISPOPD" which allegedly stands for, "ID smashing pumpkins into small pieces of putrid debris."

Also, the eastern and western answers to the poor performance of knives as thrown weapons are the shuriken and the dart. Shuriken are awesome in an absurdly dangerous way, but darts are so much easier to use than either of the other two. So, why bother with knives when a better solution was invented centuries ago and it's standard bar-game equipment?
Chippewa Ghost 3rd Mar 2018, 6:22 PM edit delete reply
Chippewa Ghost
No clipping always made me super disoriented... I only really used that on deliberately confusing/poorly composed user generated maps.

Agreed that throwing knives are generally a poor substitute for an actual missile weapon.
