Thank you for showing us how one person's voice of reason can easily be someone else's dark whispers of insanity. In this case, sending armed robbers to steal shit is a petty criminal move, and the winner's move is to take control of and exploit the organizations the goodies come from instead.

BTW, now I wonder what Tona's ring tone might be. I suspect that it's either straightforward the US national anthem, or some song that embarrassingly saccharine, clashing with the badass tough girl persona she is cultivating...

I'd argue that hateful can be a subset of incompetent. Note my all-white, all-U.S. national cast--there are other characters who would work well with them that are ruled out because of those two restrictions... hence an automatic dent in their effectiveness.

This is one of the issues you have to face in bringing together disparate elements under one flag. Each of them wants to do it their way.

The trick is in finding the balance, or at least the way to let them each do it their way without stepping on each other.

I am not rooting for them to find the balance. They are attacking my town... :(

Tona needs to learn how to balance everyone's murderous intentions expectations if she wants to run an effective team...

Or set an example. That might work.
